starting to look at diet plans

Watching movies on a Saturday night. At home. Lights out, the only light from the t.v.

Tomorrow I'm going to cook a fabulous meal. Can't wait to do it. :-)

I'm going to keep focused on what I'm doing and invest in myself in order to get where I need to go.

week one

This past weekend, I filled out some exercises in my acting book, and it was about focusing on my goals, the little steps needed to get from point a to point b.

Continuing this, I braved going to the dentist. It's a fear of mine, going back to when I was a kid and dealing with dentists who were old cranky men that were not very kid friendly and didn't understand pain.

I go back for round two in a few weeks, for further cleaning of the gums. The teeth seem strong, no cavities, so that's good. Another part of taking care of myself, my body is my instrument, kind of thing.

Next step is researching the Jenny diet and Weight Watchers, see which one would make sense health-wise for me. I'm completely going for this, now that I have a day job, now is the time to funnel some money towards my career and get things moving.

Inspired by the movie Julie & Julia

I am giving myself a one year plan to get my acting career in gear. I have 365 days, and to do one acting related thing a day.

It won't be easy but it's what I have to do.

This is for my future happiness and peace of mind.
